SAM SELIKOFF

Sam Selikoff is lighting designer and programmer located in the New York and New Jersey area. He is currently pursuing a BFA in lighting design at Penn State University. Sam works primarily as a designer and programmer, but has experience and knowledge in all aspects of lighting design and technology. 

Sam loves using unconventional techniques to create beautiful and complex worlds. Interesting angles, textures, and sculpting are staples of his designs. He has been known to expound about the power of sidelight. Above all else, Sam is proud of his ability to do a lot with a little -- making transformative designs with any budget. 

Recent design credits include Godspell (Penn State Centre Stage), Moving Day, Into The Woods, (Pleasant Valley Productions), and Essence of Joy (Penn State School of Music). Recent associate credits include Jesus Christ Superstar (Pleasant Valley Productions). Recent assistant credits include The Zoo Story (Jersey Shore Arts Center), and The Miller's Daughter (Penn State School of Music).
